Freedom is possible — not through shame, but through truth, discipline, and God’s grace.

Step 1: Understand That Porn Is a Spiritual Battle

This is not just a habit; it is a spiritual struggle that targets your mind, body, and relationship with God.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces.” — Ephesians 6:12

Once you recognize this, you stop fighting alone and start depending on God.

Step 2: Remove Easy Access

You cannot pray for freedom while feeding temptation.
