Short Sermon: Come Out of the Tombs – Bishop T.D. Jakes

Many people live trapped in situations that feel like tombs — places of fear, doubt, failure, or pain. But God calls each of us to rise! Just as Lazarus was called out of the tomb by Jesus (John 11:43), God is calling you to leave your old limitations behind.

Stop clinging to fear, past mistakes, or old habits that keep you in the dark. It’s time to stand, take a step forward, and embrace the life God has promised. The tomb is not your final resting place — it’s just a temporary pause before your breakthrough.

Open your eyes to new possibilities, speak life over yourself, and walk boldly into your purpose. God is saying today: “Come out! I have prepared blessings beyond your imagination.”

Do not wait. Do not doubt. Come out of the tombs and step into your destiny.
